The International Journal of Administrative Innovation (IJAI) is committed to maintaining the integrity and originality of scholarly publications. Plagiarism in any form is considered a serious violation of publication ethics and is strictly prohibited.

All manuscripts submitted to IJAI must be original works written by the authors and must not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all sources, ideas, data, text, figures, tables, and other materials used in the manuscript are properly cited and acknowledged.

Every submitted manuscript will be screened for similarity using plagiarism detection software before being sent to the peer review process. Manuscripts with a high similarity index or evidence of plagiarism may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the editorial board.

The maximum acceptable similarity index is 25%, excluding references, quotations, and commonly used methodological terms. However, the editorial board reserves the right to evaluate the nature and distribution of similarity. A manuscript with a similarity index below the maximum threshold may still be rejected if it contains serious plagiarism, improper citation, or unethical use of sources.

Forms of plagiarism include, but are not limited to, copying text from other sources without proper citation, paraphrasing without acknowledging the original source, using ideas, data, or findings without permission or attribution, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and submitting a manuscript that has been published or submitted elsewhere.

If plagiarism is detected before publication, the manuscript may be rejected or returned to the authors for correction. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, IJAI may issue a correction, retraction, or other appropriate notice in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy. Authors involved in serious plagiarism may also be restricted from submitting manuscripts to the journal for a certain period.

By submitting a manuscript to IJAI, authors declare that their work is original, free from plagiarism, and complies with ethical standards in scholarly publishing.
