IJAI

The International Journal of Administrative Innovation (IJAI) welcomes manuscript submissions from researchers, scholars, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and professionals in the fields of public administration, governance, public policy, organizational management, administrative reform, digital government, and public sector innovation.

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not currently under consideration by any other journal or publication. Manuscripts submitted to IJAI should make a meaningful contribution to theoretical development, empirical knowledge, policy analysis, or practical innovation in administrative studies and related fields.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are required to carefully read and follow the journal’s author guidelines, focus and scope, publication ethics, plagiarism policy, copyright and license policy, and peer review process. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s requirements may be returned to the authors for correction or rejected during the initial editorial screening.

All manuscripts must be written in clear and academic English. Authors should ensure that the manuscript is well-structured, properly formatted, and free from grammatical errors. The manuscript should include essential components such as title, author information, abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review, research method, results and discussion, conclusion, and references, according to the journal template.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, originality, similarity level, and compliance with the author guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent to independent reviewers through a double-blind peer review process.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all sources used in the manuscript are properly cited and acknowledged. Any form of plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical publication practice is strictly prohibited. Authors must also disclose any potential conflicts of interest and acknowledge all sources of funding, where applicable.

By submitting a manuscript to IJAI, authors declare that the submitted work is original, ethically prepared, and approved by all listed authors. Authors also agree to follow the editorial and peer review procedures established by the journal.
