Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has compelled governments worldwide to innovate their administrative processes. This study explores the impact of digital transformation on public sector governance, specifically focusing on e-government implementation strategies across developing nations. Utilizing a comparative qualitative approach, the research analyzes administrative efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement before and after the adoption of digital public services. The findings indicate that successful administrative innovation requires not only robust technological infrastructure but also significant changes in bureaucratic culture and policy frameworks. The paper concludes by proposing a comprehensive model for sustainable digital governance that can be adapted by local governments aiming to enhance their administrative capacity.
